Our initial consultations are free, and we will happily travel to meet you face-to-face to devise an action plan.
Any advice we give is initially with the aim of helping your business to continue to trade and reduce or repay the outstanding liabilities. We will review your business to ascertain whether it is viable to continue to trade in the current format or look to implement an insolvency procedure to achieve the best result for creditors and you as the business owner.
Our utmost objective is to do the right thing for you in both the short and long term. Where do you want to be in two months? Where do you want to be in six months? How about five years’ time? We use solicitors and agents to help us get the clear picture of the best direction to take.
We are able to source finance for companies requiring investment to move forward, and can involve our Tax solutions division to assist businesses with HMRC debt in agreeing achievable realistic repayment terms.
